If you have just been honored with the news that you have been chosen to become a godmother you are probably wondering what you could do to celebrate the occasion. It is traditional to buy the baby a christening gift in silver, but there are many different items you could choose from. Your goddaughter is likely to be Christened in church. They are a little keepsake pot with screw lid to celebrate the cutting of the first tooth. Many parents then use the pot to store the first tooth that falls out when the child is older.
