Great Way to Move Your Kids of Smartphones and TV with Smart Games

Usually, what seems to be the easiest is actually quite difficult. When my kids got “Squirrel Go Nuts” and “Asteroid Escape” games for review, I realized that.

I immediately did some research, because I was so attracted by their boxes. The manufacturer Smart Games is known for creating constructive games for children, whose aim is to improve their cognitive skills. Given that it has been marked on the package that adults can play too, I understood that as a challenge 😊 It seems to me that playing games would be great fun for kids who are in front of the TV or computer screen all the time.

For the beginning, we selected “Squirrel Go Nuts,” a game intended for the age over six but my younger kid can accomplish a few of the starter challenges. My husband also agreed to try out this, at first sight interesting, puzzle game. I’m ashamed to say who won (we played on time measurement), since the game is for one player, so I will briefly look at some of the features of the game.

“Squirrel Go Nuts” has a puzzle board, 4 squirrel, and 5 nuts figurines. Squirrel figurines are kinda cute and made of quality polymer. In addition, there is a booklet with 60 different levels of challenges. The goal is to “hide” acorns by moving squirrels on a game board. In this way, your kids can work on their planning skills and logical thinking. Yes, the solutions can be found on the back sides, but why would they? Even if they pull the wrong move, the figurine can be easily removed from the tray, and the game can start from the beginning. Squirrel figurines are very sweet and made of quality material.

Asteroid Escape Smart Games

The principle is the same with the “Asteroid Escape” game. The content of this puzzle is slightly different and is primarily designed for the kids who love planet. In addition, the packaging says that it is intended for ages over 8. The gaming board is divided into nine pieces and has 8 figurines on which spaceship and asteroids are located. Challenge booklet is there too.

The goal is to lead the spaceship to the exit, just by sliding the pieces with figurines. But what’s the catch? Only some parts of these figurines can overlap, to avoid space car crash 🙂 I have to admit that “Asteroid Escape” is a bit more demanding than the previous puzzle but equally interesting. Our little boy loves to playing this brain-teasing puzzle game.
