Keep Your Baby Warm with Gro-Suits

I’m always one for trying out new things for my kids. Clothes, toys, accessories, you name it and I’m there. I recently received Penguin Pop Gro-suit for review and I love this. Now it is one of my favorites in my son’s wardrobe.

Gro-Suit

The Gro-suit has quilted sleeves to keep his arms warm and it is designed to be worn with the Grobag so that the baby doesn’t overheat. The collar stretches so I don’t have to worry about it being too tight around the neck and it is made of 100% jersey knit cotton which makes it amazingly soft. The Gro-suit is designed to be worn in cold temperatures which is why it is designed to be worn with the Grobag. Grobags are sleeveless and chic sleep bags for babies and toddlers. They have different warmth ratings and Gro-suits can be worn with them depending on the nursery room temperature. Obviously you can put your baby in the sleep suit alone.

As I said, the arms are quilted because it is meant to be worn with a sleep sac. The arms are quick dry and have a polyester filling. Each suit has snap/pop buttons down the entire suit that makes for easy diaper changes. These super suits are machine washable and should be dried on a low setting. Gro-suits are made with up to 5% shrinkage so you don’t have to worry about it coming out of the drying five sizes too small.

The Gro Company has won numerous awards, most notably for their Grobag which is the number one sleep bag in the UK and Australia. The Grobag is also endorsed by The Lullaby Trust and has donated to assist in research for safe sleeping solutions for babies and toddlers as well as research for prevention of SIDS.

All of the Gro-suits are sold in packs of two. You can get them in Penguin Pop (I have this one), Fluffy Clouds, and Hetty. Penguin Pop has baby blue accents and Hetty has pink floral accents. There are four sizes available (0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12 months) and you can get these items from The Gro Store website, Oyaco or other online retailers. I have these suits in 9-12 months and they fit my son great! They stretch and let him move about while sleeping or playing. These adorable and functional bags are great for every baby.
