2010 Holiday Gift Guide – Speesees Swing Jacket Review And Giveaway

With the weather getting colder, cute cardigans and sweaters are everywhere. There are so many, I hardly know which ones to get. That’s why I like to stick by my favorite stores, so I know that what I’m getting is the best quality for my money. One great store to buy clothes from is the online store Speesees.
Speesees is all about their motto, “Fun, Fair and Organic”. All their clothes are made from 100% certified-organic cotton, meaning there are no pesticides or chemical fertilizers used on the cotton in their clothes, ever. They also use herbal dyes and pigments. Finally, they support the farm that grows their cotton, by making sure the workers there have fair working conditions, hours and wages. When you spend money at Speesees, you can be sure it’s going to a top notch company.
Aside from being an upstanding business citizen, Speesees also makes adorable clothes for kids, towels and even recycled cotton tote bags. One great sweater is their Tomato Swing Jacket. This one-button cardigan is half sweater, half jacket. It’s soft and comfy like a cardigan, but has a swing jacket design. It’s made of 100% organic interlocking cotton that comes in a vibrant tomato color. With a button made of coconut, this sweater is the perfect addition to any child’s fall or winter wardrobe.
This sweater was so cute and I was so lucky to have a chance to review it for my daughter. She’s outgrown all her sweaters and light jackets from last year, and this one was just too good to pass up. The cotton felt strong and durable, but was soft as well. It held up well after washing, and didn’t lose color even after a few washes and dries. It was the perfect topper to any outfit, and fit underneath her larger winter jackets.
My daughter loved the sweater too. She called it her “grownup jacket,” and wanted to wear it whenever we went on a play date, so she could show it off. Her friends’ moms asked me where I got it, and I was happy to tell them about the awesome Speesees brand. Both my daughter and I loved the Tomato Swing Jacket.
Speesees’ clothes are so cute, I can’t wait to give them as gifts this holiday season. They have something for everyone, even shirts for adults.
