Traveling with kids can be a joy…and sometimes a pain in the neck. So anything that makes the process go smoother is always welcome. That’s where NoodleHead’s Travel Buddies Neck Pillows come in handy.

NoodleHead is a children’s toy company that offers lots of fun, imaginative toys like make your own halter top and flip flop kits. However, they also offer things to make travel easier and fun for families, and the Travel Buddies Children’s Neck Pillow is one such product. The neck pillows come decorated as different animals, like hippos, bunnies and dogs. They’re absolutely adorable and come in pretty much any animal you can think of.

TravelBuddies_GiraffeMy daughter got the giraffe neck pillow, and she was instantly in love with it. It was super soft and cuddly, and used it as both a stuffed animal and a pillow around the house. It came in a cheery yellow that didn’t show wear and tear and was easy to take care of.

Although my daughter liked it around the house, it really came in handy on long car trips. With the Travel Buddies Neck Pillow around her neck, it was easy for her to fall asleep and stay asleep, which made for a much smoother ride. When we did finally get to our destination, all her cousins were jealous of her neck pillow, and their parents asked where they could get them too.

Everyone in my family liked this pillow. It was so cute and soft that it got lots of wear even when we weren’t on the road. But on the go, it was definitely a life saver. It was also pretty cute; when she was asleep we took some pictures of her sleeping with her little giraffe curled around her neck. Also, it was easy to take care of. It didn’t show dirt right away, and when it did, I just threw it in the washer.

If you take your children on long car rides, airplanes or trains, you’ll definitely want a Travel Buddies Neck Pillow. They make it easier to sleep, and it’s pretty much impossible to lose, because it’s so brightly colored and distinctive. And when you get home, your child will want to keep it around to snuggle and cuddle with. Also, these make for great gifts for children who are about to go on their first trip away from home. I have found them at 3 other stores for $9.99 and even Amazon.com, who always prices items 1.5 – 2 times every other store, is selling the same items for $15.
