Halo SleepSack Wearable Blanket – Reduce The Risk of SIDS Review And Giveaway

Like many of you, we used to cover our baby with a thick heavy blanket. We also used loose bedding in the crib to provide what we thought to be comfort for our baby. We did not know all that we did to keep our baby comfortable and warm at night was actually endangering her life as loose bedding and heavy blanket can easily cause Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). We were told by friends and learned from books that the only way a baby would sleep through the night was to keep her warm and tightly cover her body with a warm blanket so that she would feel secure and safe. It was very frustrating that she used to kick away the loose light blanket and as soon as the blanket was off she would start crying. Because of our lack of knowledge back then, both my husband and I did not have good night’s sleep until our baby reached the age of approximately 1 year old, when she would finally sleep through the night after a good bottle of milk.
