It is a known fact in my house that I enjoy finding fun arts and crafts products for my kids. I believe that art encourages them to use their imaginations and be able to create their own “Picasso’s”. That is why I was excited when the other day I received a scene pack of Gelarti to review. It was a Dolphin Scene Pack and my daughter’s love for art just escalated overnight! But again who can resist the new Gelarti arts and crafts line? The new rage is sure to spark any child’s imaginations, these new sets include peel off stickers and paint pens to create and stick on their walls, windows, lockers and more! Gelarti products are fun to paint, decorate and peel off.
Getting started, it took my daughter a couple of seconds to figure out just how hard she needed to squeeze the paint out. But eventually she had figured out that just the right amount of paint on the sticker was needed, not too much and definitely not too little. In no time at all, there was an “artist” in my living room creating works of art, her very own stickers! What made it even simpler for her was the fact that each sticker had a raised black outline. For coloring she had to use the gel paint pen to color inside the sticker. It is up to the “artist” if she would want to use one color or swirl them to make marble effect like color. For her “art” to dry, she had to wait for up to 6 hours to dry completely.
The Activity Pack contained all the supplies a child may need to use to keep them entertained for hours and get their collection started. It includes several sticker sheets and paint pens. They don’t even leave any residue.
