I find it amusing that its stoneware can actually be removed and is ready to be served on the table as it is. Its tempered glass lid and black color makes it look really nice and savvy. Being so functional and really clever-looking, it can actually sit on your counter anytime even when guests are around. Not only is it made set for the table or counter but, it is also dish-washer ready and safe. It is made of non-stick coating so stains or hard-to-scrape-off food from cooking are out of my way when I clean it. There are these sure grip handles found at its sides for a secure hold when I lift it up for transferring.
Though it is named as slow cooker, I can also use this Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker in other ways aside from cooking meals good for 4-5 people. For Christmas or for gatherings that I assume will be so many for the Holidays, I can’t think of any other kitchen wonder that can help me warm up some dips or soups all through out the event/occasion. With the right settings, it can pretty sure keep my prepared meals warm while the guests haven’t eaten them yet or while the food is yet to be served later on.
