Z. Daisy: for the ones you love like crazy!

Z. Daisy is an adorable boutique accessory store for children. Started by two friends and moms who were passionate about creating unique items for their kids, Z. Daisy is now well-known for their Binkie Bungee pacifier clips.

My oldest daughter never cared much for pacifiers. I always felt badly for other moms who had to constantly fetch dropped pacifiers for their crying children. Then my second daughter came along and I knew instantly what those other moms went through. At any given moment, Caroline’s precious “binkie” could fall out, leaving me scrambling to find it and ensure it was clean.

That’s where Z. Daisy‘s invention enters and saves my sanity and my daughter’s lungs! Their pacifier clips are set apart from others on the market because they’re cute, soft, can hold any pacifier securely (so important!), and are available in an organic, eco-friendly fabric option.

Before I had my children, I rolled my eyes at organic and eco-friendly fabric. I thought that was going a little too far. Then my children came along and they put everything in their mouths and clung to soft plushy toys. It did not take me long to realize that they were constantly being exposed to the chemicals used to treat those fabrics, not to mention, of course, that the way those fabrics were most likely not made in an eco-friendly way!

It is so nice to know that Z. Daisy’s Eco-friendly Binkie Bungee(TM) is made from Okeo-tex certified fabric. This type of fabric is manufactured without the use of harmful dyes or chemicals. For a fun, and further eco-friendly touch, the Eco-friendly Binkie Bungee(TM) comes packaged using recycled cereal boxes! I thought that was so fun and my older (non-pacifier-toting child!) got a huge kick out of that.

The Eco-friendly Binkie Bungees come in three different colors–the quintessential (Earth) Blue and (Peaceful) Pink along with an adorable (Go) Green color. In addition to the eco-friendly pacifier clips, Z. Daisy also sells an organic Binkie Bungee, made from 100% organic cotton.

The Binkie Bungee(TM) pacifier clips come with an innovative universal attachment allowing you to use all types of pacifiers (including MAM). Caroline, our baby, likes a pacifier that has a very small hole that most pacifier clips do not fit through–no worries, now, though! The Z. Daisy Binkie Bungee fits inside the holder with ease.

We were given a Go Green! Binkie Bungee to review and loved the way it clipped onto a sturdy or stationery object (in our case, the carseat strap) and attached to Caroline’s pacifier with no signs of budging. Past pacifier holders that we’ve owned were not created with Caroline’s preferred pacifier of choice–we’d struggle to thread a ribbon through her pacifier’s clip and then have it promptly fall out a few minutes later. Not so with Z. Daisy’s pacifier holders! We were very impressed with their quality of construction, incredible softness, and eco-friendly nature.

If your child has yet to latch onto a certain brand of pacifier, Z. Daisy sells an incredible-sounding organic pacifier made by Natursut. Not only is it made from pure, natural rubber but it also does not contain artificial colors, chemicals, BPA, or PVC.
