Old nursery rhymes have survived over the ages and are popular to these days and today with the advantages of the internet, you can order some of your kid’s favorite rhymes online. The Ultimate Mother Goose Collection is such a collection of some of the best nursery rhymes and traditional children’s songs ever.

I was so excited to review this collection and my daughter loves music. The nursery rhymes are great for her age! This collection comprises four CDs with each one carrying twelve rhymes and songs. Besides, you also get a nursery rhyme activity book that has the poems illustrated with colorful pictures kids will simply love. Additionally, kids can use the book to write and color too. That is 48 whole pages of fun activity for little ones.

With Christmas around the corner, this will be one of the gifts that I will consider to get for my friend’s kids. This pack with the CDs and books make for an excellent Christmas gift, which is affordable and will keep the little ones engaged and happy while they learn. It certainly is full value for money at $19.99. This is an excellent product from Twin Sister Productions, who have established themselves as leaders in children’s educational music.

image-rightFraternal Twins Kim Thompson and Karen Hildebrand started this company because they loved kids and recognized that kids were proud of themselves when they learnt something new. Kim started her career as a school teacher and soon understood that kids learn better when the lessons are accompanied with music. The kids she taught would sing out spellings of words, clap to the rhythm and march around her class during lessons. With help from her sister Karen, the duo worked to create “Rap with the Facts,” which was a musical way of learning the multiplication tables. This they created for third graders and soon they were deeply involved in creating more learning solutions for kids.

You will find several products from Twin Sister Productions for kids that they can learn and play with. Besides phonics, the company has song CDs that teach speech development, math, science, social science and foreign languages. Activity books, Christian music, gifts for teachers, greeting cards, and puzzles are some other products this company has to offer.

The website is yet another fabulous place where kids and parents can participate in a contest. Parents are required to send in a video of their child singing a Twin Sister song. The lucky winner will receive prizes. This is a monthly contest and every month a new winner is chosen.
