prAna Clothing Review

Buying clothes is one of the great aspects of being a woman. However, finding the perfect pair of pants to match the needs of everyday life is difficult. A friend of mine relayed the site prAna in a friendly conversation and told me to check it out. When I viewed this site it became clear that this was the perfect place to purchase the pants I was looking for and I was so lucky to get one for review.

 

During the summer it gets hot outside, therefore, I wanted to buy a pair of capris that I could wear all the season. I found many pants that matched exactly what I was looking for on their website, but the Presley Capri pants were my ideal match.

I chose it to review and to my surprise it was exactly as listed on the site. These capris along with the others offered were made with organic cotton that stretches and came with a draw cord waist and zipper fly. They also have streamlined pockets on both of the pant legs to help with the little things I need to carry with me on occasions.

These capris felt amazing when I put them on for the first time. They gave me a level of comfort when sitting, standing, and in motion. They prove to be great for traveling or lounging in the house after a long day of working. The designer detail among the seams is brilliantly done showing craftsmanship in each stitch. The leg draw strings and ties prove to have a feminine touch to such a wonderful article of clothing.

When choosing the color I wanted between black and stone, the black seemed the better choice for everyday wear. It is offered in most sizes from 2 to 12 and can be adjusted to fit around the waist and loosened at the legs for more comfort when walking. The stone was only offered in the sizes 0 and 2, but when they become available in my size I will definitely purchase a pair of these in stone.

With the mobility and comfort that these pants have given me, I do not want to wear anything else. They are exactly what I was looking for. I was so impressed with the quality of the Presley Capris that I will be returning to prAna.com to purchase more of their line of clothing.

This sweater was so cute and I was so lucky to have a chance to review it for my daughter. She’s outgrown all her sweaters and light jackets from last year, and this one was just too good to pass up. The cotton felt strong and durable, but was soft as well. It held up well after washing, and didn’t lose color even after a few washes and dries. It was the perfect topper to any outfit, and fit underneath her larger winter jackets.

My daughter loved the sweater too. She called it her “grownup jacket,” and wanted to wear it whenever we went on a play date, so she could show it off. Her friends’ moms asked me where I got it, and I was happy to tell them about the awesome Speesees brand. Both my daughter and I loved the Tomato Swing Jacket.

Speesees’ clothes are so cute, I can’t wait to give them as gifts this holiday season. They have something for everyone, even shirts for adults. Nature Baby Organic Cotton T-Shirts Review

If you’re looking for organic clothing for your children, look no further than Nature Baby. Nature Baby promotes a healthy world by encouraging organic farming, which is better for the air, water and soil. All of their cotton clothing is made from certified organic cotton. It’s grown on a family farm in India, and made in a factory with fair wages for their workers and no child workers. All of this creates cotton products that are soft and strong, from a business you can believe in. I was so lucky to get a few items from Nature Baby.

One such product is their Cotton Singlet, a tank top that’s perfect for summer. It comes in many different colors, including this Kelly Green stripe. My daughter loved this tank top. She enjoyed how soft it was (as did I), and she liked the color. The tank was easy to wear: I paired it with her shorts and skirts, and it looked cute with everything. Plus, it would be perfect for layering in the winter. Just throw it under a sweater, and if your child gets hot inside, it will be easy to take the sweater off and just wear the tank.

 

The Short Sleeve Farm Tee was my personal favorite. This cotton jersey tee shirt was absolutely adorable. It has pictures of farm animals printed on the front; the pig, horse and chicken were my favorite. My daughter also liked it. Whenever she wore it, we would point to the different animals on the shirt and she would make the noises and pretend to be each animal in turn. We’re definitely keeping this one around: in winter it will be easy to just throw over a long sleeve tee and wear with pants.

 

 

My little girl especially loved the Long Sleeve Hei Tiki T-Shirt. This cotton jersey long sleeve tee is super comfy, and it has an adorable New Zealand Tiki print on the front. My daughter loved the print and insisted on wearing this shirt over and over. Also, this nice soft grey color is perfect for layering in the winter and lightweight enough for wearing on windy summer days.

I was really impressed by all these cotton shirts. They were very soft and cuddly; easy to wear and lightweight. They’re perfect for wearing alone or layering, whichever the occasion calls for. Also, they held up really well after washing, and didn’t shrink at all in the drier. Nature Baby is definitely my new favorite clothing company, and my daughter’s too.

Moms love dressing up their babies, but when it comes to the fabric’s quality, we sub-consciously risks our babies’ delicate skin. A hundred percent of cotton sounds good or natural enough. Organic and Your Baby – Do They Go Together?

If you’ve thought about going organic, what better time than when a new baby is coming? We’ve heard of organic baby foods, but are there other ways you can use organic products and materials when getting ready for a new baby?

When you are preparing your home for a new baby, you naturally want everything to be as safe and as comfortable as it can be. From the food you feed your infant to the clothes they wear, you want to be certain nothing can harm them. One way you can be sure your baby is kept comfortable and safe from harmful chemicals is to go green- use as many organic products as you can.
