Products for children are practical and useful. Sometimes they are cute, but very rarely do they strive for a truly unique and beautiful design. The style isn’t the only great thing about this tub though; it has lots of features to make giving your little one a bath super easy.

The Hoppop Bato has high, supportive walls, making sure that your baby won’t escape or fall out. It also comes equipped with a drain plug, so it’s easy to empty at the end of a bath, and a removable liner for easy cleaning. The cool thing about the removable liner is that it leaves space between the outside of the tub and the inside of the liner, insulating your baby from cold air. This makes for a warmer bath for baby and a better time for everyone.

I certainly wish that the Hoppop Bato has been around when I had my daughter. The color is beautiful and brilliant, and it almost makes you want to show the tub off, a far cry from the baby bathtubs that were available when I was pregnant. It feels very sturdy and able to withstand a slippery infant. The removable insert makes it much easier to clean, and I think it’s a very cool idea to insulate the sides so that bath water stays warm longer.

Although my daughter is way too old for such things now, I did find another use for the aqua Bato we received: toy basket. If you take the insert out, the brightly colored tub becomes the perfect size to hold trucks, books or bath toys. This double duty tub could be used for years in all kinds of capacities.

The originality and funky design of the Hoppop Bato makes it the perfect gift for any expecting mother. Forget trying to give baths in the kitchen sink, or ugly baby baths that are hard to use, because the Bato is the perfect solution. Its bright colors and modern design make it perfect for any new family, and any new parent will appreciate its sturdiness and easy to use setup. Furthermore, as the baby ages out of it as a tub, it makes the perfect holder for toys or books. Also, with its drain, it would be a great place to rinse off muddy rain boots or outdoor toys.
