The whole month of May is still Mother’s Day month and I’m definitely feeling special up to now because… Look what I got!
The Sweet Organic Box Original pack for the month of May is a very welcome addition to my pantry. Everything in it is certified organic and therefore guilt-free to indulge in! As you’ve heard in it’s name, the items in my box are all sweet surprises that my family is currently enjoying right now. But there are some savory items too which I love!
Growers Alliance Coffee – Ethiopia
This gourmet coffee is made from fair-trade, 100% arabica beans. It’s interesting to have a slurp of real Ethiopian coffee knowing that the first ever coffee plant was discovered centuries ago in… where else? Ethiopia!
Nature’s Path Frosted Cherry Pomegranate toaster pastries
I love it when I eat sweet foods that also have antioxidant benefits! More so if it’s an organic version of cherry tart with a mix of pomegranate juice concentrate. Love pairing this with tea or coffee.
Nature’s Path Envirokidz Chocolate crispy rice bars
Made from organic brown rice that’s whole-grain and gluten-free, with organic milk chocolate that I and my kids couldn’t resist! My kids love all Envirokidz products so it’s not surprising that this koala bar was the first that disappeared from my box!
365 Everyday Value Animal Cookies in classic vanilla flavor
These are good old classic-tasting tea biscuits that are made more fun because of their animal shapes! My husband loves munching them on their own, but I taught my kids to dunk them in chocolate to make them extra indulgent.
365 Everyday Value Quack n’ Bites naturally flavored cheese crackers
I’m a cheese person, and it’s kinda both good and bad that my daughter is becoming one too! I love her so much but my heart doesn’t want to give away all these super yummy cheese crackers to her, so I promised to get another bag when these run out very soon.
Surf Sweets Organic Fruity Bears
Who says gummi bears are crap? Not with Surf Sweets! These vegan fruity bears are made with organic fruit juice and without any artificial flavors. It also claims to be a 100% source of vitamin C which is good to know, and hard to not share with my kids. They’re enjoying them as little rewards for getting their chores done on time.
Pure Organic Chocolate Brownie bar
I have to say that this is my kind of brownie. Dark cocoa with agave honey, and then dates and walnuts, plus it’s vegan, gluten-free and kosher. There’s nothing to not like about this brownie bar. This is the best brownie bar you can give to anyone and they’ll remember you for it.
Ocho Mocha Bar (espresso nougat covered in milk chocolate)
This is my husband’s favourite. Chewy coffee smothered in chocolate? He’s completely sold! And of course, every ingredient here is organic.
Theo Limited Edition Spring Collection Almond Coconut 65% dark chocolate
Theo makes cool and unique chocolate flavours. And the almond coconut we have is definitely something we should chew very slowly to fully enjoy its limited edition taste.
What I personally love about this Sweet Organic Subscription Box is the loads of time that I get to save from shopping around and checking the labels of every snack item before I decide to get them, or end up wanting to have them all but couldn’t because I have a strict budget for munchy snacks. Sweet Organic has done the job for me! And they make a perfect surprise gift too.
