If you’re a reader of my recent blog posts, you probably know by now how I absolutely love Swaddle Designs and my not-so-secret desire of getting other products from them aside from the Organic Fitted Crib Sheet I got for review. Their products are just amazing. Again, Swaddle Designs a baby merchandise company best-known for their famous blankets that are perfect for swaddling or any covering your baby might need since it’s really big.
More and more people are getting to know the phenomenal Angry Birds video game where a bunch of adorable birds in different colors are used like in a slingshot to hit the green pigs who stole their eggs. It’s pretty hooking to play and I can attest to that as I have tried to play it with my daughter. She doesn’t just love the game itself but the merchandises available with it as the print, too. Since it’s a game commonly played by older children, and the products that uses it as a design are for bigger kids, I immediately adored the Swaddle Duo – Angry Birds Baby Duo from Swaddle Designs because now, even my upcoming baby boy can also experience the Angry Birds fever like his big sister.
The package comes in a box specially designed as a gift and has two sheets. One is the Marquisette Swaddling Blanket and the other one is what I’ve said before that I plan on getting is the Ultimate Receiving Blanket. The Marquisette Swaddling Blanket piece is an openweave cotton blanket and comes in a print of the different Angry Birds character. On the other hand, the Ultimate Receiving Blanket is a cotton flannel and is in a print of the yellow Angry Bird character. They have the swaddling instructions sewn on the side of the sheets for a good swaddling guide. One thing remarkable, too, is how huge these baby fabrics are. They are just absolutely the right fit for many uses. Both can be used not only for swaddling but also for tummy time, breastfeeding cover-up or just an ordinary blanket. It can be ideal for temperatures ranging from cool to warm. With that, you wouldn’t have to have plenty of separate sheets for each temperature where the baby is. Also, these two sheets lightweight, are made of premium soft cotton and just like the other baby products from this brand, it’s really nice to touch and safe to rest on your baby’s delicate skin. Again, Swaddle Designs just gave me another satisfying baby product that made me love them even more.
