Strawberry Shortcake Berry Bitty Market Playset Review And Giveaway
It’s not just the color, it’s not just the taste…strawberries are really amongst the many favorites kids can’t resist. The same goes for the very cute Strawberry Shortcake that have invaded the children’s closet, television and playthings since it started in the 80’s.
You can’t blame them for loving the sweet characters that are prettier now than before: Strawberry being the lead and most famous, her best friends Huckleberry Pie, Blueberry Muffin, Raspberry Tart, Orange Blossom, Plum Puddin’ and Lemon Meringue; not forgetting to mention Custard, Strawberry’s cat.
If your little one is as girlie as mine, she definitely deserves to have this new must-have toy, the Strawberry Shortcake Berry Bitty Market Playset. My daughter just couldn’t help squealing with delight when she saw the box of her wished for toy of the season.
But in all honesty, I myself love this playset. It’s so much fun even for a grown up like me to see a cake rise in the oven, food to put in the grocery cart/bags, bills to pay, letters to mail, dress and hat to wear, and a tiny credit card to pay them with. It’s a tiny store that allows you to play pretend shopping. And with the cute little voice of Strawberry Shortcake in the background, too. It’s never boring around the market, I assure you. My daughter plays way too long with it to finish my chores so I am definite that it really does not bore her. I heard her boast to her friend she once invited, “and tell your mom it even comes with a doll with a beautiful dress and hat”. I almost added out “and it has more than 30 accessories”. I do not usually recommend toys. I hesitate with the thought that this parent may prefer purely educational things alone like books, art materials, etcetera. I used to be that way. But I learned that even toys are educational and is geared in the development of your child. This playset for one, it is educational in the sense that your kid will learn the ways of living. She get to play pretend and learn what goes on around the market place. It also will help her develop her mental abilities through imagination. Her creativity, her speech, her sociability if incorporated with other dolls as Strawberry’s companion, and so much more. Playtime does not mean just playing. It’s developing while having fun. It will benefit them to have fun. And it can be a way to the most needed bonding time between you and your child…if you play the market playset with your child. Try it and believe me in saying that it truly is worth having this Berry Bitty Market Playset from the very best, HASBRO.
