What do you let inside your house? Okay, I’m talking about food. More specifically food for your children. When my oldest was just approaching the solid food stage, I researched everything, made all of her food, and only supplemented with healthy organic alternatives when I was unable to make it myself.

Then my second daughter was born 17-months after her sister. I became a little lazy about what I allowed my girls to eat. Yes, I still made their food but I found it so convenient to slack off when it came time for snacks.
