Just like all children, my children also get excited when they receive new toys. Its always a joy, seeing their faces light up with happiness as they open up the boxes to discover what is inside. Recently we got two Playmobil sets! We love Playmobil and their toys because they are very inclusive. Playmobil has a large variety of toys for both younger and older kids. The sets we received were the Playmobil Police Station and Police Money Transporter set. My son loves building things so this was a highlight of his week. He couldn’t wait to get playing so we decided to assemble the sets together.
Playmobil Police Station Building Set
When I unboxed the first box, The Police Station Set, there were 201 pieces inside. The small pieces looked discouraging, but they provide picture-filled instructions along with a tool called Yellow Tool to make the process easier for you. Pay close attention to the pictures on the instructions because some of them look like the same picture but are showing something completely different.
When assembled, the set looks like a lot of fun. Not just for kids but even for me to play with. The Playmobil Police Station set comes with a police station, helicopter pad on the roof of the station, a helicopter, a police car (you can remove the top to insert the figures), four figures, an ATV, safety gear for the figures, a computer, a camera and a tripod, a megaphone and a bunch of other accessories to make play time entertaining and fun for a long time.
The police station is not a small toy. The accessories, including the figures can fit inside the building and the proportions of the smaller accessories are perfectly comparable to real life. The ‘’bad guy’’ is also included in the set, helping the game maker create realistic storylines with the help of the ATV and the sounds and flashing lights (batteries not included) of the police car.
My son loves to put the figures in the police car by removing the top and sometimes leaves it off for what he calls ‘’convertible police car’’. Might not sound very safe but it sure sounds cool. The Police Money Transporter Set
Once we assembled the Police Station set, my little man couldn’t wait to get lost in his imagination with his new toy but was hesitant about starting before the other set was done first. The Police station set also has a couple of accessory sets that can be paired with the Police station and the Police Money Transporter Vehicle set is one of them. The accessory sets help your kids play with the Police Station set for longer without being bored since you can introduce new sets that will add to it for a smaller price than the Police Station set. The Police Money Transport set is $36.99 at most major retailers and independent toy stores.
The Police Money Transport Vehicle set comes with a money transport car, figures, motorcycle, walkie talkie, police car, fake gold and guns(small), and a bunch of other accessories for the children to enjoy. Watch as they pack up the police money transport vehicle with important, treasured items and ask the help of the police car and the police dog for guidance to the destination when an outlaw comes and tries to steal the valuables with his motorcycle. The Police dog, which we love, can be intimidating to the criminals. So, if the police convince the bad guy to become a good guy, the bad guy can become good by turning his head 180 degrees and reveal a happier facial expression since the figures come with interchangeable moods.
Overall, Little Buddy loved his new toys to the max and even shared it with his older sister. Seeing them play together and create a bond is a wonderful feeling as a mother. As long as Playmobil comes out with toys like the Police Station building set which helps improve thinking and motor skills and adds additional sets as accessories, the children residents in this household will never be bored.
