Although this is a facial scrub, it’s lightly foamy and still feels gentle on the face, yet I still felt my skin pleasantly exfoliated after rinsing. The oil control factor and skin-balancing benefit is taken care of by sage essential oil. And because it’s purely organic, the scrubs are made of ground grape seeds that are great antioxidants! And aside from the effect of removing dead skin cells and impurities, this scrub also helps prevent blemishes with the inclusion of green clay and aloe vera. No worries with irritation because it has soothing chamomile oil too. I must tell you as well that my face didn’t feel dry at all after scrubbing, because its omega-6 rich borage seed oil helps in retaining skin hydration and elasticity.
Balancing Oil Control Lotion by Primavera Life
Believe me when I say that we all need to moisturize our face, even those with oily/combination skin! This face lotion is very lightweight, and is also made with sage oil for oil control, and antioxidant-rich grape seed extract for maintaining skin elasticity. It is quickly absorbed by the face because of its rice silk powder content, so the face is left with moisturized yet matte glow. Genius! I used this as a makeup base to keep my face moisturized, and it made my makeup glide more smoothly. It’s very light and not greasy at all, so my makeup stayed on without getting oily at the end of the day.
A Spring in Tokyo Purifying Serum by Odacité
This age-defying and purifying serum is part of the Odacité Private Collection, which showcase custom-blended organic facial care formulations for client celebrities. A Spring in Tokyo was specially formulated for a Japanese kabuki actress who suffered breakouts, premature wrinkles, and unfirming skin.
