Covering Cuts, Bruises, Gashes, and Wounds in Style with Ouchies

My daughter loves playing out doors and she’s in that age where she gets cut and wounds all the time. So I always stock on Hydrogen Peroxide and adhesive bandages at home. I really don’t care about the bandages as long as it can protect the cuts. But just recently, I find it more effective to calm my scared little daughter when the bandages have cute designs. I particularly like Ouchies Adhesive bandages.

A Dad who got bored with those simple beige bandages started Ouchies, the company that specializes in kids’ bandages. They have more than 20 designs the young ones will surely enjoy. What I really like about these bandages is all of their designs have personality and character that would surely match every kid’s style. They even get inspiration from famous children’s storybooks for their bandages such as Mr. Men and Little Miss series, Eric Carle’s the Very Hungry Caterpillar, Paddington Bear and a lot more. They also have sports, National Museum, and make-your-own designs. The company also has designs made for cause-oriented organization and it aims to help campaign for their causes. For instance, in their adhesive line, they have an Anti-bullying set and profit from this design goes to D.A.R.E. organization.

These bandages are really for kids and it also helps stimulate their brains because of the cute pictures and drawings on it. The packaging is very nice as well and eco-friendly because it is in a tin can. In every tin, there are 20 bandages with four pieces of five different designs. You’re sure to have stylish sticking bandages with Ouchies.

But if you ask me my personal design choice would be At the Zoo. These are very cute cartoonish depictions of the common animals that you can find at the zoo. It’s the type of bandage that will help your kids learn the names of these animals. It’s really entertaining. This pack includes the zebra, elephant, giraffe, monkey, and lion. When I got this for my daughter and actually used it for her, this is where I taught her the animals and their sound. It’s easier for kids to absorb things when they can picture it with something in their head. I also prefer this design because I can actually tell different stories about the animals to help my daughter take her mind off of the wound or cut that she has so she would stop crying. And it really helped.

I am very happy about this adhesive bandages and I strongly recommend it! I was actually thinking of giving my nieces and nephews Ouchies for Christmas. They would definitely enjoy it.
