I boiled baby pasta then mixed it with chicken, apple, carrot and Chinese cabbage. The end-result has wonderful texture, which my son fell in love with. I need not worry about him choking with big pieces as it is pureed completely. Before I got this immersion blender, I had always used a baby food maker to prepare my son’s meals.
