Exercise is very important for babies. They will help your babies develop their muscles and at the same time stimulate their imagination, creativities and provide them with fun learning experience as they explore the magical world around them.     The backyard pals activity gym was a lifesaver when my duaghter was a tiny infant. She would lay under it and stare at it for 15 minutes at a time and I could actually drink a coffee without holding her.
