Disney on Ice is a fun-filled experience my little daughter and I would never forget. It was something she had been dreaming of seeing in person and this year, I made her wish come into reality! We had fun memories with the magic Show and I am sure my daughter will forever treasure them!
Every child has a dream. They may dream for varying things or situations, but one thing is for sure. They have dreamed to become a price or a princess, a queen or a king, and a knight or a fairy. This is very true for my daughter as she has always wanted to experience how it’s like to be a princess. Every magical dream can be a reality by watching the Disney on Ice 100 years of magical show. We may be awakened from that dream, but for sure it would be a dream that is imprinted into our hearts. My daughter’s journey to watching the Disney on Ice started as a dream. “Someday, I’ll be meeting the prince and Princesses”, my daughter whispered. So when I got the chance to receive the tickets to the show, I know this can be the best gift I can give her.
I entered the wide theatre stage together with my daughter and got a look around. The theatre was filled with happy people, young and old. As the clock ticks signaling the start of the show, my daughter couldn’t hide her excitement no more. And puff, there we saw the different Disney characters that have lived and have come to life. Snow white, Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, Jasmine, and Ariel have fabulously presented themselves into the entire crowd while showing their graceful skating styles and techniques. Plus, each Disney character where danced by their handsome and knightly prince. Other captivating dances were performed by Minnie Mouse, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Nemo, and lots of other Disney characters. “Hurray to them”, is what I and my daughter can only say while watching the graceful and joyful dances of each character.
The theatre play was dynamic as it plays all the Disney songs. Disney characters dancing to the tune of their own Disney music such as you’ll be in my heart, zip-a-Dee-doh-dah, feed the birds, colors of the wind, someday my prince will come, kiss the girl, beauty and the beast, a whole new world, when you wish upon a star, circle of life, and many more. While you watch the Disney characters dance, you’ll sure to feel each lyrics and rhythm. You’ll be captivated to dance and sing with them. The play brings so much happiness, laughter, and joy into our heart. My daughter got this last song syndrome with, “can you feel the love tonight”. Yes, definitely, each character brings love into our hearts.
You will surely feel that you are living in the world of magic while watching the show as each character are well-presented with colors and unique designs. Overall, it was a perfect theatre experience that we would be grabbing again if chances are open. It is not just the best show, but a unique, true to the heart show. The Disney on Ice show taught us to dance and sing with our dreams.
