She loved the ruffles and lace, and insisted on wearing the sweatshirt with everything. Luckily, it went with most things, so she could bring a little fashion to all her outfits, even if we were just running errands.

I also loved the set. It looked so cute that I didn’t mind her wearing it all the time. The fabric was soft and easy for my little girl to move around in. The pants were good with a plain t-shirt for gymnastics or playdates, and the top with a play dress was a great outfit for lunch with grandma. All around, this hoodie set was a great addition to my daughter’s wardrobe.

Sometimes I get so wound up in everything I have to do that, between making breakfast and returning phone calls that I forget to think about myself. It’s a problem every mother has: we have so much to do that we forget to take care of ourselves. That’s why, in the middle of all the holiday shopping and preparations, we need to remember to treat ourselves to things sometimes. One of my favorite place to pick up items that give me a little pick me up is Be Present, a company best known for their yoga pants, but which actually makes all kind of things from tops and sweatshirts to cute pants and scarves.

Be Present was founded in 2002 by a yoga practice who wanted clothes that were perfect for yoga, using wicking, quick drying and breathable fabric. One of my new favorite things from Be Present is their super adorable and comfortable Tree Scarf which I got for review. The Tree Scarf is very soft and lightweight, so it can be worn with layers and in any season. Unlike normal scarves, it’s actually sewn in a complete circle, so there’s no dealing with different ties or ways of tying it: just loop it around your neck and you’re ready to go. As an added plus, it’s made of Tencel, which is an eco-friendly fabric made of wood pulp that is super soft and touchable.

I wear the Be Present Tree Scarf so much that I have it in all the different colors. It makes any outfit look put together, even sweats and tee shirt look cute with one of the these perfect scarves. These were so adorable and thanks to Company Kids to give me the chance to get one for my daughter. The towel was very soft and touchable, and the added animal touches looked great. My daughter also loved them: after bath time she loved to wear her monkey towel and walk around the house making monkey noises and pretending to swing from branch to branch. The towel had a great lining that kept her super warm after bath time, which made it easier to convince her to get out of the bath. Also, the towel was machine washable and didn’t lose any of its warmth or softness after several washes.

So, when I got an opportunity to review an eco poof – vivid, brightly coloured poofs that are sure to draw any child towards them, I jumped at the chance.

My daughter loves reading – this poof is simply perfect for her.
